MEDIAS, Inc. Sleep Medicine Services offers state-of-the-art testing for the most common sleep disorders including sleep apnea, insomnia, narcolepsy, and restless leg syndrome. All overnight sleep studies, called polysomnograms, include monitoring of brain and heart activity, breathing, oxygen saturation, and limb movements. No blood work is involved and the procedure is completely painless.
| Our sleep centers, both independent and hospital-based, are designed for the optimal comfort of our patients. In many cases you will be sleeping in a full-sized bed rather than a small, less comfortable hospital bed. Private bathrooms are located in each room and are easily accessed. Televisions are also present in most rooms. |

Patients are encouraged to wear comfortable sleep clothes and to maintain their normal bedtime habits during the study, including watching television or reading just prior to sleep.
Our sleep technicians and sleep center staff have been trained to address any questions or concerns you may have before, during, or after your sleep study. Please see our Frequently Asked Questions section for additional information.
